Fields
The available fields vary depending on whether the Report list configuration window has been opened from CCH® Tagetik’s multifunction bar or the left-hand Design panel.
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Run | Allows you to set the Report list run settings. See Run. |
| Saving | Allows you to set the Report list saving methods. See Saving. |
| Scheduling | Allows you to schedule the running of saved Report lists or Report lists that need to be saved on a shared form. See Scheduling. |
| Protect generated files | Only if the file format is not .PDF. Allows you to set a security password for Report lists generated in Disk or portal publication or Send mail modes. See Protect generated files. |
Run
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Include in the Report list | Allows you to indicate what to include in the Report List: - All - Only Templates that are defined: the template of a form if at least one cell of a matrix is defined. - Only Templates with not null matrix cells: the template of a form if at least one cell of a matrix is defined with a value other than 0. - Only Sheets that are defined: the sheet of a form if at least one cell of a matrix is defined. - Only Sheets with not null matrix cells: the sheet of a form if at least one cell of a matrix is defined with a value other than 0. |
| Always consider templates without any matrix as valued | Disabled with All selected. Also include templates without matrices in the Report list. Such templates could contain headers, queries or other information that would otherwise be discarded. |
| Open the generated files at the end | Disabled if .PDF format has been chosen. If the Report list has Single file as its publication file type, the system will open all the generated files when the run finishes. |
| Always show the data processing logs when finished | After the Report list has been run, the log window will appear even if no errors have been detected. |
| Create the sheets index | If the Report list has Single file as its publication file type and is saved in a container form that does not have an index, the system will automatically create an index of the forms included in the Report list. It is created after the Report list has been defined. |
| Run now | The Report list is run once its definition is complete. If at least one parameter is set to "Run", it is not possible to treat the Report list as "ad hoc", but it must be saved in a form. |
| Generate non-refreshable Excel files disconnected from Tagetik | The Report list is saved as a standard Excel document. Consequently, it is not linked to the data in the Tagetik database and cannot be updated. This option is selected and cannot be changed if .PDF file format has been chosen. |
| Use form code for sheet names | The Report list uses a code generated on the basis of the code of the form for the name of the sheets that it contains. |
Saving
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Do not save | This prevents the Report list from being saved and called up in the future. |
| Save as a new shared form: | Saves the Report list in a form of the application database and allows other users to call it up. The code and description to be assigned to the new form must be specified. Save and close the new form: when the Report list has been defined, the system does not run the new form and, by default, saves the Report list under the node of the hierarchy of N.A. reports. |
| Save as a new ad hoc form | Saves the Report list locally in a form on the computer, preventing it from being called up by other users. The form appears after the Report list has been defined. |
| Save to the current form | Saves the Report list in the current form. |
Scheduling
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Schedule the run | Enables scheduling for the Report list and, after End has been selected, opens a window to set the relative parameters. See Schedule Wizard window. |

|---|---|
| Password | Allows you to enter the password to protect the generated files. The syntax of the cell fields can be used, such as the scenario code chosen in the Report list parameters, for example. |
| Confirm password | Allows you to enter the Password to confirm it. |
