Purpose of window¶
This window allows you to set the Report list scheduling parameters. Scheduling is only possible for Report lists that have already been saved or those which need to be saved on a shared form.
Report list scheduling can only be enabled if the Schedule the run option has been selected in the sixth tab. The window opens when the Report list definition sequence has ended.

| Description | Description associated with the data processing to be scheduled. Makes it easier to identify data processing from the list of Scheduled items. |
| Recipient at start | List of users to be notified of the start of data processing. A user can be specified using their email address or user code. |
| Email note at start | Note to be added to the standard wording of the notification email |
| Recipient on success | List of users to be notified of the outcome of data processing completed successfully. A user can be specified using their email address or user code. |
| Email note in case of success | Note to be added to the standard wording of the notification email when the data processing is successfully completed |
| Recipients on failure | List of users to be notified of the outcome of data processing not completed successfully and not to be rerun. A user can be specified using their email address or user code. |
| Email note in case of failure | Note to be added to the standard wording of the notification email when the data processing fails and is not to be rerun. |
| Validity start date | Date from which the scheduled data processing is run. Define Start date validity: allows you to set the start date. |
| Minutes | Minute(s) in which to run the data processing. - Every minute: runs the data processing every minute. Equivalent to using * in the Crontab syntax. - [minute]: from 00 to 59 minutes |
| Hours | Hour(s) in which to run the data processing. - Every hour: run the data processing every hour. Equivalent to using * in the Crontab syntax. - [hour]: from 0 to 23 hours. |
| Days of the month | Day(s) of the month in which to run the data processing. - Every day of the month: runs the data processing every day. Equivalent to using * in the Crontab syntax. - [day of the month]: from 1 to 31 days. |

| Days of the week | Day(s) of the week in which to run the data processing. - Every day of the week: runs the data processing every day. Equivalent to using * in the Crontab syntax. - [day of the week]: days from Monday to Sunday |
| Limit number of repetitions | Limits the number of times the system must run the data processing. If the limit is not specified, the data processing is repeated ad infinitum according to what is specified in the Crontab syntax. Number of repetitions: number of time the system must run the data processing starting from the specified date/time |
| Maximum wait for booking | Allows you to set the wait time for booked data processing that cannot be run immediately due to a system overload or other data processing being run. The system assigns status B (Booked) to the booked data processing and automatically reattempts to run the data process every minute until the system accepts it or the maximum wait time set by the user has lapsed. Maximum wait for the run (min): maximum wait time for running the data processing of the prebooked Report list. |
| Rerun of the data processing in the case of an exception | Allows you to configure a new run of the scheduled data processing that was not completed successfully. This is particularly useful when the failure is due to a temporary problem. - Maximum number of iterations: the maximum number of times that the data processing must be rerun in case of failure. - Minutes to wait before the next attempt: the number of minutes of wait time before the scheduled date processing is rerun. |
