When submitting a request via Ask AI, errors may occur preventing the request from being completed.

Error types and associated messages

In the event of an error, one of the following messages is displayed in the chat:

Generic error	"A problem appears to have occurred. A problem appears to have occurred. Please try again later or contact support for additional assistance."
Service unavailable	"AskAi not available. Please try again later."
Session expired	Your session has expired due to inactivity. Please reload the page."
