How to request the addition of fonts not available in the Application Server (Cloud users only)

Procedure for requesting the addition of fonts not available in the Application Server

Use this procedure to request the addition of one or more customised or licensed fonts.

1. Complete and sign the "Font Declaration by Client" document

Go to the CCH® Tagetik Community link

1. Download the document 'Font Declaration by Client'.
2. Open the document and fill it in with the required information, specifying the description of the font(s) you are requesting.
3. Sign and save the document.
4. Create a General Request on CCH® Tagetik Support Portal

Access the CCH® Tagetik Support Portal link

1. Select 'Technical request'.
2. Select 'Software Update Request ' as the request type.
3. Attach the document 'Font Declaration by Client'.
4. Upload fonts to be added
