Structure Report
Introduction¶
Structure reports allow you to gather information on the financial investment events defined within the ownership structure register for a given event scenario. In particular, structure reports show the relationships between group entities at a specific time. The ownership percentage and the financial investment's carrying value are indicated for every event. The extracted report is in Excel format.
Types of structure report¶

| Structure report by consolidation area | These require you to specify a scenario and a period to identify a Consolidation area for which to filter the entities. To further filter the information displayed, you can also simply select an owner entity and/or owned entity. |
| Structure report by event date | These require you to specify a date and the owner entity. Therefore, only events with dates that precede or are the same as the specified date and have the owner entity as the Holding are displayed. To further filter the information displayed, you can also select the owned entity. Note: given the same relationship, only the event that has the greatest date, prior to the event date specified in the filter, is considered. |
Content of the structure report¶
The information is presented in the form of a navigable tree made up of several levels (which can be displayed using the _ and + buttons). The following information is present for every shareholding relationship:
- ownership %
- % interest if a filter on the consolidation scenario/period has been specified
- overall value of the financial investment expressed in the owner entity currency
If a consolidation scenario has been specified, the value of the financial investment is calculated considering only the variations attributed to the consolidation scenario categories.
