Tab purpose

This tab allows administrator users to manage magazines.

Buttons

Element	Description
	Manage issues. Allows the user to manage magazine publications. See Manage issues page.
	Edit magazine. Allows the user to edit the properties of the magazine. The title, description and cover image can only be edited if no subscribed users are active. The associated report can only be edited if there are no publications in the release phase.
	Delete magazine. Allows the user to delete a magazine, including the publications associated with it an any scheduled processing still pending completion. Users subscribed to the magazine can no longer consult any publication.
