Email template
The definition of the email template can be accessed from the email template menu available after clicking on the "Report bursting" button on the Homepage.
Each template is identified by a Code, a Subject and an Email body.
In the email's subject and body it is possible to insert some parametric parts of text in order to report the values of the filters of the item that generated the Email or insert, as in the case of the email's body, a table summarizing the content of the attached files. The body of the email can be formatted according to the Html specs (in this case (in this case, it is possible to include only some Html tags in the email's body) or unencrypted. The accepted Html tags are the following: , , ,

If not allowed tags are used, when sending the email, the system will delete such tags and keep the text between them.
Multilanguage management¶
When a template is used for several recipients having different languages, it is possible to send an email with subject and body translated in the specific language to each recipient. In order to define more languages in the same template, just select the template in the email template definition window and then access the User Actions > Multilanguage Managementmenu. After clicking on the menu, the system opens the inestra "Multilanguage management" window in which it is necessary to define one template (Object and Body) for each language of the various recipients that will receive the template in header by email.
