Purpose of window¶
This window allows you to define a process, the jobs and/or ETL routines to be run for every entity. Note: The restrictions defined in the execution plan are applied in the ETL execution window only if opened from the Process cockpit and Workflow entry points described in the relevant manual.
Attributes tab
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Sorting | Mandatory. This indicates the order in which the deploy data processing must process the defined records in order to generate the execution plan correctly; |
| Action | Mandatory. Indicates whether the jobs or routines defined in the record must be Included in or Excluded from the execution plan; |
| Entity | - Mandatory. Allows you to select an individual entity or node of the hierarchy of entities; |
| The Job, All Jobs, ETL Domain, Routine and All Routines fields can only be defined as alternatives. | |
| Job | - allows you to select a single ETL job or a node of the grouping of ETL jobs; |
| All Jobs | - allows you to select all ETL jobs in the table automatically; |
| ETL domain | allows you to select a single ETL domain or a node of the grouping of ETL domains; |
| Routine | allows you to select a single ETL routine or a node of the grouping of ETL routines |
| All Routines | allows you to select all ETL routines in the table automatically. |
| Extraction task description | - description of the extraction task. |
| Data Source | - Data source defined for the extraction task. |
Note: in the job execution step, you can define or edit the attributes set in this window for that specific execution.
Note: the fields that allow you to indicate a single entity or node of the relative hierarchy/grouping allow you to tell the deploy data processing that either the individual entity or all the entities related to the selected node must be taken into consideration for the record.

IMPORTANT: The ETL execution plan only generates restrictions on jobs and/or ETL routines. For this, the selection of an ETL domain or a node of the grouping of ETL domains indicates that all the routines of that ETL domain or the ETL domains belonging to the node must be taken into consideration.
