Purpose of window¶
This window allows you to create a copy of a journal.
Fields in window
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Amounts | The amounts in the journal rows are also copied. If amounts are not selected, the rows are copied, but the amounts are left as zero. |
| Documents | Any documents attached to the journal are also copied. |
| Amortisation/Depreciation | Any amortisation or depreciation plan is also copied. |

| Scenario | You can see the active original scenario from which to copy the data. This is the header scenario by default. |
| Period | Period of the selected scenario from which to copy the data. This is the header period by default. |
| Journal number | Journal belonging to the selected scenario and period from which the data are copied. The header journal number is proposed by default. |
| Origin | Origin of the journal rows that will be copied. You can select one or several origins from among those present in the rows of the selected journal. |
| Copy To | |
| Scenario | Active original scenario, editable by the user and belonging to the process from which to copy the data. This is the header scenario by default, if the conditions are fulfilled. |
| Period | Non-locked period of the selected scenario onto which to copy the data. This is the header period by default, if the conditions are fulfilled. |
| Journal number | Journal number generated. IMPORTANT: if the journal already exists, it will be overwritten. |
