Report contents¶
Shows a list of comments on the data entered during data entry.
If the Form field contains a code, this indicates the form from which the comment has been inserted.
You can also insert a comment from the IC cockpit, using the Edit IC function. ().

| Scenario | Scenario to which the comment relates |
| Period | Period to which the comment relates |
| Entity | Entity to which the comment relates |
| Account | Account to which the comment relates |
| Financial Statement Template | FST containing the item to which the comment relates |
| Description of the document | Description of any documents attached to the comment |
| Document file name | Name of any documents attached to the comment |
| Form | If the comment was inserted from a form, this indicates the code of that form. |
| Custom dimensions | Custom dimensions to which the comment relates |
| CTP entity | Any counterparty entity to which the comment relates |
| CTP Custom dimension 2 | Any counterparty custom dimension 2 to which the comment relates |
| Data type | The type of data on which the comment was inserted. This can be one of the following: - Original - Original amount in other currency - Proportional - Converted - Consolidable - Description |
| Active | Indicates whether the comment is still visible from the form or it has been deleted. |
| Navigation | Indicates whether the comment is also visible in navigation mode. |
| Currency | Currency to which the comment relates |
| Period length | Length of the period to which the comment relates |
| Origin | Where the comment was inserted from |
