Purpose of the page¶
This page shows the result of the deployment of saved data for the definition of a consolidation area. If an entity included in the definition, directly or through a node, cannot be deployed in the Definition result table, a warning message will be displayed.

| Entity at equity type | Only for entities consolidated at equity. At equity consolidation type: - Related - (default) entities for which the holding company has a percentage of shares or units of between 20% (10% for companies listed on the stock exchange) to 50%. - Joint Venture - entities for which the holding company holds 50% and control is therefore jointly exercised with a company from outside of the group. - Non-consolidated controlled entity - entity for which the holding company possesses more than 50% but does not intend to consolidate. |
| Direct ownership % | Percentage calculated as the sum of the ownership percentages of the respective owner entities in the consolidation area. Only includes own shares, i.e. the owned entity’s shares that the entity in question owns directly, not through its controlled entities. |
| Equity ratio % | Percentage calculated by adding together the entity’s branches of ownership multiplied by all the higher branches up to the holding company. |
| Actual ownership % | Percentage calculated by adding together the investment percentages of the respective investor entities, each multiplied by the consolidation percentage of the owner entity itself. This takes account of own shares. |
| Consolidation % | Percentage deriving from the consolidation method with which the entity enters the area. - Line-by-line entities: 100% - Entities at cost: 0% - Proportional and at equity entities: proportional percentage |

The percentages indicated above are calculated automatically, considering the relationships and ownership percentages defined in the ownership structure register, if they are not overridden on the area.
Note: if the financial investment links are not defined in the ownership structure register, the equity ratio percentages must be entered manually in the Definition page.
All percentages on the holding company are set to 100% by default, while those on entities at cost are set to 0%.
