CCH® Tagetik provides the following additional tools.

Data Tables Clean-up

This tool allows users to remove incorrect or outdated data from tables, improving the overall quality of the information (see Data Tables Clean-up).

Monthly Splitting data processing

It allows to define periodic data of one or more accounts from the cumulated data of a specific period (see Monthly Splitting data processing).

Store data offline

Utility for transferring historical data, organized by process or by scenario/period (see Store data offline).

Recoding

Procedure that allows changing the codes assigned to master data records (see Recoding).

Snapshot

Functionality that enables users to define specific scenarios called “snapshots” in which data is “frozen” before further modifications (see Snapshot).

Unified SQL Syntax

Functionality that allows the definition of parameterizations independent of the database vendor, making them exportable and importable across different application environments, including heterogeneous databases, without the need to manually adapt the SQL syntax (see Unified SQL Syntax).
