Standard available functions

Function Description
Processes Displays a list of processes/scenarios/periods for which the Contributor/Consolidator dashboard can be launched, depending on the user’s role.
Form Displays a list of forms that the user can open, grouped into nodes on a tree structure. Also displays the ways in which the user can launch the forms.
Dashboard Displays a list of dashboards which can be opened by the user. They are grouped into nodes on a tree structure.
Documents Displays a list of Collaborative Office documents grouped by model.
Report Bursting Displays a list of pages, to define and execute the Report Bursting operations.
Magazine Library Opens a page containing a list of reports to which the user can subscribe.

Available custom tiles

The user can add the following tiles to the home page:

Bookmark Opens a page previously bookmarked.
Shortcuts Displays a list of links to external or internal web resources.
Free content Displays a web page defined by the user, on the tile. Note: the page URLs must be authorised, in other words entered on the white list (Manage access to external links).
Analytics Allows access to and management of Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
Analytics charts Opens a Qlik dashboard.
ETL Allows access to the user functions of ETL: - manage dictionaries - manage mapping - run routine/job - query of staging tables
Events Allows management of the group structure, mergers, intragroup sales of assets, IFRS5 events and proposed amortisation.
Interest rates and tax rates Allows management of interest rates, tax rates and exchange rates.
System reports Allows access to predefined reports on main environment data.
Scheduling Allows access to scheduling management.
Allocations & Closing Allows management of the allocation and closing routines for which the user is authorised.
Cash flow planning Allows management of credit terms and asset classes, for the processing of cash flow planning.
