Purpose of the tab

This tab allows you to view summary information on data submission status within steps of the specific process.

Page sections

Element	Description
Summary charts	Displays a bar chart for every step of the process. Every bar of the chart relates to a specific submission progress status and shows the percentage of entities that currently have that status. The colour of the bar shows the progress status for activities and submission: - White: activity to be started - Yellow: activity underway - Blue: submission underway - Green: submission complete
Steps structure	Displays the steps of the process as a chart or list. In contrast to the list, the chart allows you to distinguish between activities to be run in parallel or in sequence. The deadline is displayed for every step, if defined in the process settings.
List of entities	Displays the list of entities involved in the process. In particular, it displays the following: - status and percentage progress of data collection/processing/submission activities - submission deadline - date on which submission occurred When the user clicks on a submission status indicator in the step columns in the summary chart (see Indicatori di stato di avanzamento per fase), the list of entities displays the entities that currently have the selected status for the selected step.

Buttons and/or links in the Steps Structure section

Element	Description
	Download steps structure in XLS format.
	Display steps structure as a list.
	Display steps structure as a chart.
	Minimises the entire lower section of the pane, leaving only the title bar visible, and resizes the other areas to use all available space. Allows you to hide data not of interest to the user, and makes navigation easier on mobile devices (tablets or small notebooks).

Progress indicators by step

Element	Description
	The step is not significant and does not require activities for the entity.
	No activity has been performed yet. On a node, this indicates that none of the node’s entities have performed activities.
	On an entity, this indicates that data collection and submission activities are underway. On a node, this indicates that the entities belonging to the node have different statuses.
	The entity has been submitted. All data is submitted and locked, ready to be processed.
	The entity has been rejected by the higher-level node manager. Other data can be entered.
	All of the node’s entities have been submitted. The node can be certified.
	The approval process for approval tasks and submission tasks has not yet been completed for the entity.
