Purpose of the tab

This tab allows you to view data on the activities of a single step, run data processing, submit or reject data and perform actions on the step data.

Elements in the tab

Element	Description
Organisation	Shows the following: - Entities present in the organisational hierarchy associated with the process on which the user is authorised. - Submission progress indicators for every entity.
workflow	Only displayed if a single entity is selected. Shows the workflow chart for the tasks of the selected entity.
Common actions	Only displayed if several entities are selected. For more details on multiple selection, see Organisation section of the tab). Shows the following: - the latest of the deadlines for submission defined in the process for the selected entities - the available actions on the group of entities, as common actions - the time remaining from today’s date until the deadline - the list of individual actions by entity (from among those selected) and the status of each of them
Actions	Available actions for the selected nodes and entities. Note: not displayed if several entities are selected.
